The team has over 40 years of experience in serving churches and not-for-profit organizations with their real estate and financial needs.
LCEF believes that “ministry should dictate real estate” and not the other way around, and so the RES team was formed to work alongside the people or organizations it serves to help them develop and/or execute the best strategy to support their ministry objectives.
Whether working with an individual church, organization or district, this team becomes an extension of that ministry to help them best steward their entrusted assets. We understand that every dollar saved goes toward building the Kingdom, and we take our role and responsibility in the process very seriously.
Property Analysis | Strategy Sessions | Highest and Best-Use Analysis
Many congregations or districts have a need to simply talk through a specific opportunity, challenge or strategic initiative. The RES team is here to listen and help you put action behind the ideas. With dedicated research analysts and industry professionals, we are strategically positioned to think through any unique challenges you may be facing and develop solutions to navigate through the options.
Acquisition | Selling
The RES team offers a wide variety of transactional services, including those related to acquiring, selling or leasing property and more. The team has amassed more than 40 years of transactional experience throughout the United States across all asset types, encompassing denomination owned properties, independent churches, schools, community-oriented properties, land, retail, industrial, healthcare and senior living properties.
Construction Management | Planning & Design | Permitting & Entitlements
The RES team aims to understand the vision for any project before ever turning the first shovel of dirt. It has been an honor to partner with organizations that are positively impacting our communities, and we are proud to have developed over one million square feet of global ministry centers, school campuses and not-for profit headquarters. From conceptualization and design to construction and turnover, our experienced team guides the entire project.
