April 9, 2020 SHARE: A Holy Week Word from Jesus (The Gospel of John) Welcome the Spirit’s Gift of The JOY of Learning A WORD FROM THE LORD “I have spoken openly to the world,” Jesus replied. “I always taught in synagogues or at the temple, where all the Jews come together. I said nothing in secret. Why question me? Ask those who heard me. Surely they know what I said.” John 18:20-21. A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT You are among those who have heard Jesus speak, who listened to His words of love and grace. You know what He said. Which words of Jesus from this Holy Day are the most encouraging to you? WE’RE PRAYING FOR YOU “On this holy night, send Your Spirit to remind us of the words we have learned and cherish, that finding comfort in His promises of grace, we might endure in times of hardship. Amen.” RENEWAL MOMENT Take a deep breath. Exhale Slowly. “Lord, have mercy.” Thanksgiving for The Joy of Learning.
