April 8, 2020 SHARE: A Holy Week Word from Jesus (The Gospel of John) Welcome the Spirit’s Gift of The JOY of Eternal Life A WORD FROM THE LORD Jesus looked toward heaven and prayed, “Father, the time has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you. For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him. Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” John 17:1-3 A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT Your nametag should read, “This one knows Jesus and the gift of eternal life!” Find comfort that as the world spins out of control, God knows who you are, and you know His grace by faith! WE’RE PRAYING FOR YOU “Never before, Dear Father, has the promise of eternal life meant more to Your children. Give me confidence when surrounded by death to know the promise of life forever. Amen.” RENEWAL MOMENT Take a deep breath. Exhale Slowly. “Lord, have mercy.” Thanksgiving for The Joy of Eternal Life. MARKER OF WELLBEING Baptismal As I grow in God’s grace of Baptismal LOVE, I am finding joy in my IDENTITY as His new creation in Christ.
