April 6, 2020 SHARE: A Holy Week Word from Jesus (The Gospel of John) Welcome the Spirit’s Gift of The Joy of Service A WORD FROM THE LORD Jesus said, “Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet.” John 13:14 A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT When the burden of a life in ministry becomes to much to bear, pause to remember the One who has washed your feet. Take a short break to let Jesus minister to you! WE’RE PRAYING FOR YOU “Lord Jesus, the mantle of servanthood is a load we cannot bear by our own strength. Give us faith to rely on Your grace and mercy that we might lift the basin and towel as You taught us. Amen.” RENEWAL MOMENT Take a deep breath. Exhale Slowly. “Lord, have mercy.” Thanksgiving for The Joy of Service. MARKER OF WELLBEING Vocational As I grow in God’s grace of Vocational GENTLENESS, I am finding joy in HUMILITY, serving according to my calling and gifts.
