But if it dies, it produces many seeds. The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life.” John 12:24-25 A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT The power of the cross is given us in the baptismal gift of dying and rising. What joy there is in casting off this old sinful nature daily as we renew the promises of God in baptismal grace and rise again to new life! WE’RE PRAYING FOR YOU “Lord Jesus, Savior of the world, on this sacred day when we remember Your death on the cross, grant us grace to die with You as we confess our sins, and rise to new life by Your promise of forgiveness and grace.
