1 Thessalonians and Purity

A WORD FROM THE LORDIt is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5

A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT The passions of our flesh will present all variety of temptations today, but the God of grace will give strength and the Spirit’s fruit of self-control!

WE’RE PRAYING FOR YOU “Fortify me, O Holy Spirit, with Your good graces, that in the face of temptation today, I would honor You with my body. Amen.”

RENEWAL MOMENT Take a deep breath. Exhale Slowly. “Lord, have mercy.” Thanksgiving for God’s call to purity in word and deed!

MARKER OF WELLBEING: Physical As I grow in God’s grace of Physical SELF-CONTROL, I am finding joy in the VITALITY that flows from practicing healthy choices.
