May 27, 2020 SHARE: David and Baptismal Wellbeing A WORD FROM THE LORD “David, wearing a linen ephod, danced before the Lord with all his might, while he and the entire house of Israel brought up the ark of the Lord with shouts and the sound of trumpets.” 1 Samuel 6:14-15 A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT The ark was a sign of God’s enduring covenant. God is still God in times of trouble, and the baptismal covenant He made with you still holds! WE’RE PRAYING FOR YOU “O Holy Spirit, as You first visited me with grace on the day of my regeneration, visit me again with the joy of Your eternal promises. Amen.” RENEWAL MOMENT Take a deep breath. Exhale Slowly. “Lord, have mercy.” Thanksgiving for baptismal grace; reason to dance and shout. MARKER OF WELLBEING: Baptismal As I grow in God’s grace of Baptismal LOVE, I am finding joy in my IDENTITY as His new creation in Christ.
