Rev. Tom Eggebrecht
Senior Vice President, Ministry Solutions at LCEF
Tom finds it a great joy to work with congregations who desire to expand ministry and follow the leading of the Lord as He guides and directs them into the future at LCEF. Tom has served congregations in North Carolina, Virginia, Wisconsin and Florida.
He also has experience as an adjunct professor of theology at Concordia University Wisconsin, worship planner for the LCMS National Youth Gathering and chaplain for the Casselberry, Florida Police Department. Additionally, Tom is a prolific writer and blogger on the topics of creativity, ministry, culture and the church.
John Glover
Vice President, Ministry Solutions at LCEF
John serves in the following LCMS districts: Atlantic, Florida-Georgia, Eastern, English, Indiana, Kansas, Mid-South, New England, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, SELC, Southeastern and Southern.
John has a love for teaching and helping people and congregations discern their calling for ministry. He has a passion for finding ways to communicate the Gospel in the current cultural milieu. John has served congregations in Ohio, California, Illinois and Florida. He is also a member of the Society of Biblical Literature (SBL).
Rev. Eric Kennaugh
Vice President, Ministry Solutions at LCEF
Eric has always found joy in the challenge of helping pastors and congregations discover their unique purpose and ministry and helping them leverage the gifts of God to grow His kingdom through His people. Eric has served congregations in Louisiana, Ohio, and Illinois. He received his Doctor of Ministry degree in Congregational Leadership from Ashland Seminary. Eric has worked in the Transforming Congregations Network and professionally coached pastors through CoachAdvance
Rev. Kris Kunkel
Vice President, Ministry Solutions at LCEF
Kris has a love for helping people and congregations discern their calling for ministry transformation within the neighborhood God has placed them. He has a passion for communicating the Good News of Jesus simply and clearly with all peoples and cultures through active listening and caring. Kris has served two congregations in Washington: first as vicar and then pastor. He has most recently worked in corporate business development and sales for six years.
