Steward the Gifts of Your Congregation

Ministry thrives when your congregation embraces its role as faithful stewards of God’s gifts. LCEF’s stewardship processes are designed to deepen engagement and cultivate a culture of generosity, helping members live out their calling to serve and support the work God is doing in your congregation. Connect with us today to see the possibilities for your ministry.

Our stewardship programs are designed to help pastors lead their congregations toward greater involvement and commitment to ministry. By participating in Consecrated Stewards or StewardPath, your congregation will develop a deeper understanding of their role as faithful stewards of God’s gifts. These programs engage members in meaningful ways, fostering a culture of generosity and strengthening the collective mission of your ministry, making it easier for you to lead with confidence and vision.

Consecrated Stewards

This multi-week process guides your congregation through a stewardship journey to giving. It features studies, sermons and promotional materials designed to make implementation of the program as easy as possible for your leaders.

StewardPath

StewardPath prepares and propels your congregation toward faithful steward living. It has two main goals. First, your members will understand God has entrusted them with everything they have — time, passions, talents, resources and more — to use for His purpose. Second, your members will understand God has gathered them together as a congregation to be faithful stewards of your collective ministry.

The process achieves these two goals in multiple ways, including multigenerational Bible studies, an interactive seminar and a custom month-long initiative that presents the ministries of your congregation in clear, compelling ways. The entire process culminates after three months with a celebration of what God is doing through His people in your congregation.

The Process

StewardPath includes all of the elements of Consecrated Stewards, but goes beyond it with the following congregation specific elements.

The Process
Basecamp Project Management

Instead of binders, the Consecrated Stewards program “lives” inside of our easy-to-use project management software Basecamp. Each person on the leadership team will have access and be able to use the platform to stay on top of tasks as well as access all the materials at any time on their phones, tablets or computers.

Consecrated Stewards Leadership Team

This team is formed to work with your Consecrated Stewards consultant to bring the congregation through the process. Various positions make up the team, each with clear role descriptions, tasks and examples.

Stewardship Studies

The first nine weeks of the process feature studies that are easily member-led and customized for every age group. Your consultant will work with your leadership team to discover ways to engage each member of your congregation.

StewardPath Seminar

This two-to-three-hour event explains the same concepts of the studies in new, interactive ways. Led by your consultant, this fun event is designed for your entire congregation’s participation.

Custom Phase

The third month of the process is designed with your pastor and ministry leaders to present the ministries of your congregation to your members. This may include designing a sermon series, Bible studies, devotions and informational events.

Culminating Event

The final Sunday of the process serves as a celebration of what God has accomplished through your congregation. This event can be a recommitment to membership or coincide with your congregation’s annual financial pledge campaign, providing an opportunity to reaffirm dedication to God’s work and your shared mission.
