LCEF Named Top Workplaces by St. Louis Post Dispatch

We are proud to announce Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF) was named one of the Top Workplaces of St. Louis for 2017. LCEF was honored in the Top Small Employers (50 to 149 employees) category.

While we are grateful for the honor, all the credit goes to our employees and the thousands of investors dedicated to supporting the Church’s mission to make known the love of Christ.

“I am delighted that we are part of this award, and with 1,100 organizations participating, and only 120 companies being chosen, we are honored to have been selected, particularly since the judges were our employees!” said LCEF President and CEO, Rich Robertson.

The Top Workplaces lists are based on results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC.

Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including where the organization is headed (alignment), how the company plans to reach that goal (effectiveness) and whether employees feel appreciated and their work is meaningful (connection).
